Your 14-day right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. The 14 days start the day the goods reach you.
How to return
To start a return, email us at mmsevenfour@gmail.com or message us through our contact form with your order number and we will confirm the return address and next steps. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel. The item should be in resalable condition with its packaging where possible.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item we refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the goods are back with us. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty.
Faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund including any return shipping.
Legal guarantee
Independently of the 14-day right of withdrawal, EU law gives you a two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If the product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
