What we collect and why
- Order and contact details (name, address, email, phone) to process and ship your order and to contact you about it.
- Payment details, handled directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card data.
- Basic usage data (pages viewed, device) to run and improve the store.
Who processes your data
We use trusted processors to run the store: Shopify (store, checkout and payments) and our shipping and supplier partners to fulfil orders. If and when we run marketing, we may also use Meta and ManyChat, and we will ask for your consent before any advertising or analytics tracking loads.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required by tax and accounting law, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop using it for marketing. To make a request, contact us using the details in our Imprint. You also have the right to complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
